Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes. In another mixing bowl, add the flour, the prepared yeast mixture, salt, and olive oil, and stir with a spatula until you get a soft, slightly sticky dough. Line a square mixing bowl with Parex Natura Unbleached Baking Paper. Pour the prepared dough into the lined pan and cover it with Parex Cling Film. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Once the dough has risen, decorate it with sliced peppers, cherry tomatoes, dill leaves, and radish as desired. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and vegetables. To prevent the vegetables from burning, you can sprinkle some water on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. Let the baked bread rest at room temperature for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and serve.
