Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, cornmeal, and baking powder. Finely chop the Swiss chard and leeks and add them to the mixture. Season with salt and fold with a spatula until well combined. Line a square baking dish with Parex Pre-Cut Baking Paper. Pour the prepared filling into the dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle nigella seeds and sesame seeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. Let the baked pastry rest at room temperature for a while, then remove it from the pan and serve as desired.
- White parts of 2 leeks
