Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add the egg and sugar, and whisk thoroughly. Continue whisking while adding the milk and melted butter. Add the flour, vanilla, and baking soda, and whisk until all ingredients are fully combined. Slice the bananas into rounds and fold them into the mixture. Also, add the chocolate chips and mix well using a spatula. Line a loaf pan with Parex Natura Unbleached Baking Paper. Pour the prepared batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for 60 minutes. Let the baked cake sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and serve as desired.
