Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and powdered sugar together. Continue mixing while adding the milk and melted butter. Add the flour, salt, vanilla, and baking powder, and mix until fully combined. Slice the apples very thinly using a knife or slicer, and add them to the mixture along with the cinnamon. Fold gently with a spatula until everything is well incorporated. Line a loaf-shaped baking pan with Parex Natura Unbleached Baking Paper. Using tongs, place the apples from the mixture into the pan. Pour the remaining batter over the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. Remove the baked cake from the oven and let it rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan. Melt the white chocolate and place it into a Parex Resealable Bag. Pipe the melted white chocolate over the cake. Slice and serve.
