Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar using a mixer. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix the powdered sugar and flour together, then add them to the mixture. Stir with a spatula until the dough comes together. Roll the prepared dough into a log and wrap it tightly using Parex Natura Unbleached Baking Paper. Chill in the freezer for half an hour. Slice the chilled dough into round pieces using a knife. Line a baking dish with Parex Natura Unbleached Baking Paper. Arrange the cookie slices on the prepared dish. Brush the tops of the cookies with egg white and attach the edible flowers. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 10–12 minutes. Let the baked cookies cool slightly at room temperature, then serve as desired.
