Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add the butter, powdered sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder, water, and flour. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and all the ingredients are well combined. Place the dough between two sheets of Parex Natura Unbleached Baking Paper and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about half a finger. Remove the top layer of baking paper. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the dough into your desired shape. For the bear cookies, place an almond on each “arm” and fold the dough over the almond to form the arm. Use chocolate chips to create the eyes and mouth on the bear’s face. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes. After baking, let the cookies rest for 10 minutes before serving.
